Our Millet muffins great in taste.
Ingredients:
- Dates - 4-5 dates
- 1 cup curd
- 1 cup dates syrup
- 1 cup milk
- 3-4 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup hungry bums sprouted ragi cereal
Method:
Soak some pitted dates in hot water. Grind the dates and add curd and dates syrup. whisk it well then add milk, vegetable oil & vanilla essence, use hungry bums sprouted ragi cereal, cocoa powder, baking powder & baking soda, sugar free dark chocochips. Combine everything well then transfer into muffin bowls, top up with chocochips. Bake at 180 °C for 5 mins.
