Ingredients:
- Hungry Bums Quinoa Noodles
- 2 tsp of olive oil (we recommend avoiding refined oil for a healthier option)
- Chopped ginger and garlic (for a burst of flavour)
- 1 capsicum, julienned
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce (optional)
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil the Hungry Bums Quinoa Noodles as per the packet instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.
- Heat 2 tsp of olive oil in a pan. Add the chopped ginger and garlic, and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
- Toss in the julienned capsicum and sauté for 30 seconds. Then, add the sliced onions and sauté for another 30 seconds. Add the julienned carrots and continue sautéing for 1 minute.
- Add salt to taste and mix well.
- Stir in the boiled Quinoa Noodles. Drizzle 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar and, if you’d like, 2 tsp of soy sauce for an extra savoury kick.
- Combine everything together and cook for a few more seconds until well mixed. Serve warm and watch your little one enjoy this nutritious meal!
