Chilli Peanut Noodles

When cravings hit, this quick and flavorful noodle recipe will be your go-to. Here's how to whip up a bowl of comforting goodness:

Ingredients:

- 1 packet of millet noodles
- 2 tbsp spring onions (chopped) + extra for garnish
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp hot sesame oil
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- Noodle water (as needed)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Steps to Prepare:

1. Boil the noodles: Cook millet noodles as per the packet instructions. Reserve some noodle water and set aside the boiled noodles.

2. Prepare the sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine spring onions, chili flakes, minced garlic, hot sesame oil, peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper powder, and salt.

3. Add noodle water: Gradually mix in the reserved noodle water to form a smooth sauce.

4. Toss the noodles: Add the boiled noodles to the sauce and toss until evenly coated.

5. Garnish and serve: Transfer the noodles to a serving bowl, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped spring onions for that final touch of flair.
