Sugar-Free Mixed Berry Smoothie

Whether you prefer milk or curd, this smoothie offers a tasty way to sneak in essential nutrients and probiotics for a healthy start to your day!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Milk or Curd
  • Handful of strawberries
  • Handful of blueberries
  • 1 tsp. Dry Fruits Powder by Hungry Bums
  • Honey/Date Syrup (as per taste & preference)

Note: Do not use honey for children below 1 year of age.

Instructions: Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy a healthy, sugar-free, and immunity-boosting smoothie!

We recommend choosing either curd or milk:

  • Curd is a probiotic with minimal lactose and high beneficial bacteria content.
  • Milk is pasteurized, high in lactose, and lower in beneficial bacteria.

Avoid using both curd and milk together in the same smoothie for the best digestive benefits.
