5-Minute Oats Banana Pancakes

Made with Hungry Bums Oats Cereal, they are packed with fiber and energy-boosting nutrients that will keep you and your little ones satisfied throughout the day. Whether you're using regular milk or a vegan alternative, these pancakes are fluffy, light, and oh-so-easy to make!

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Hungry Bums Oats Cereal
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup milk or vegan milk
  • Seasonal fruit (for topping)
  • Honey (for dressing)
  • Butter (for cooking)

Instructions: 

  1. In a blender, blend together 3 tbsp oats cereal, banana, and milk until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with butter. Pour one ladle of batter and cook on both sides for 2-3 minutes on low flame until golden brown.
  3. Serve hot, topped with your favourite seasonal fruit and a spoonful of honey.

Note:
For children under 1 year of age, do not add honey to the pancakes.
