Ingredients
- 1 cup Hungry Bums Millet Vermicelli
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp ginger (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp garlic (finely chopped)
- ½ cup carrots (chopped)
- ½ cup red bell pepper (chopped)
- ½ cup broccoli (chopped)
- ½ cup cabbage (shredded)
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp spring onions (chopped)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Method
Boil water in a pan, add the Hungry Bums Millet Vermicelli, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant. Add carrots, red bell pepper, broccoli, and cabbage. Stir-fry until veggies are slightly tender but still crunchy. Add the cooked vermicelli to the pan and toss everything together. Season with salt and mix in tomato ketchup for a tangy flavor. Sprinkle spring onions and sesame seeds on top.
